As seen above, I tend to work better in a team and are a bit more social than working independently. However when it comes to skills I need to work on, decision making is a big one. Most employers look for people who can make the right decision almost 100% of the time and unfortunately that is not me. However, over the next three years, I am going to be continuously trying to fix this and get a lot better at decision making. I would also like to be more adaptable and able to become more flexible about what particular tasks I could do within my jobs.
